Odisha: Miscreants torch vehicles at country liquor factory; warn to close unit  

Koraput: Unidentified miscreants vandalised a country-made liquor manufacturing unit at Pottangi in Koraput district and torched a few vehicles kept inside it late last night.

As per sources said a four-wheeler and two motorcycles were found completely gutted inside the liquor manufacturing unit this morning. Besides, a poster with a threat to close the factory was  found on its main gate.

“Close the liquor unit immediately, else you will face dire consequences,” the post read.

However, no police official was available to comment on the matter till last reports came in.
