Odisha MP narrowly escapes as his car meets with accident

Sambalpur: MP Nitesh Ganga Deb had a narrow escape after a truck collided with his car on NH-49 near Kurada village under Deogarh police limits late last night.

As per reports, the mishap took place at around 10 PM when the BJP MP was returning to Deogarh after attending a Vigilance monitoring meeting in Sambalpur. Though his car had a minor damage, the Parliamentarian escaped unhurt.

On receiving information, police reached the spot and detained the driver of the truck.
