As per the guideline, teachers to be selected as examiners for e-evaluation should have at least two years of experience.

The examiners would remain under training during the first two days of e-evaluation. If any examiner expresses inability in e-evaluation during the period, he/she would be relieved from the job.

Each examiner would be allowed to e-evaluate a maximum of 12 papers everyday in five hours and be paid Rs 15 per each paper.

All e-evaluation centres would be fitted with air-conditioners with canteen facility for breakfast and lunch for the examiners which would be arranged by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE).

Besides, the Council would also make boarding arrangements for the lady examiners.

The teachers would be appointed as examiners in the district where they are presently posted.

There would be eight examiners under one chief examiner.

The daily allowance (DA) to be provided to the centre superintendent, deputy centre superintendent and the examiner this year would be Rs 70, Rs 60 and Rs 50 respectively.

As per the guideline, if any teacher refuses to be the examiner citing health ground, he/she has to seek the permission and clearance from the Medical Board.

The Higher Education department has allowed the CHSE authorities to keep the scanned copies of the answer sheets temporarily at the Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies.
