Odisha polls: 24% voting till noon

24 per cent polling was recorded by noon in the first phase elections to the Lok Sabha and Assembly in Odisha.

While Kalahandi recorded the highest by 37 percent, Malkangiri has recorded the lowest with 15.5 percent, according to Election Commission sources.
