Bhubaneswar: Odisha witnessed a relatively low voter turnout at polling booths during the third phase polls held today.
As per Election Commission of India data, the voter turnout was recorded 58.18 percent till 6 pm.
The Bhubaneswar parliamentary constituency comprising of seven assembly segments recorded a 50.46 percent by 6 pm. The Bhubaneswar North segment registered lowest turnout at 37.36 percent, Jayadev assembly constituency recorded 57.47 percent, Bhubaneswar Ekamra with 45.15 percent, Bhubaneswar Central with 38.29 percent, Jatani with 59.01 percent, Begunia with 63.20 percent and Khurda with 59.70 percent.
Voter turnouts at some other parliamentary segments are:
Cuttack- 56.97 percent
Dhenkanal-62.80 percent
Keonjhar- 65.32 percent
Puri-58.11 percent
Sambalpur- 56.34 percent
