Odisha registers 3 more deaths due to COVID-19; toll rises to 1,876

Bhubaneswar: Three more persons infected with novel coronavirus succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours taking toll to 1,876 in Odisha.

“Regret to inform the demise of three numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.

The fresh deaths were reported from Khordha, Cuttack and Nabarangpur districts.

Of three, while two died of COVID-19, one patient had comorbid condition.

Here’re details of 3 new COVID-19 deaths in Odisha:

1.A 60-year-old female of Bhubaneswar.

2.A 61-year-old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

3.A 22-year-old male of Nabarangapur district.
