Odisha reports 1480 fresh COVID-19 cases; here’re district-wise figures
Bhubaneswar: As many as 1480 COVID-19 positive cases have been detected in Odisha in the last 24 hours. With this, the State’s total caseload rose to 2,82,695.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 858 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 622 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Angul recorded highest 141 fresh cases followed by Mayurbhanj (113) and Khurdha (110).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 17,281 and recovered cases at 2,64,102.
