Odisha reports 349 new COVID-19 positive cases; here’re details

Bhubaneswar: Another 349 persons in Odisha tested positive for deadly Coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total count to 3,21,913.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 28 districts, 198 have been reported from different quarantine centres and remaining 151 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department.

Sundargarh district recorded highest 46 cases followed by Khordha district (44) and Angul district (26).

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 3,629 and recovered cases at 3,16,447.
