Bhubaneswar: In the grip of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Odisha reported 4851 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
Of fresh cases, 2814 were reported from different quarantines and 2037 are local contacts.
Khordha district continued to register the highest of 703 single-day COVID cases followed by hotspot Sundargarh district with 516 and Nuapada district with 486.
