Odisha student flaunts malpractice in exam with selfie

Malkangiri: In a bizarre incident, a student of Malkangiri College in Odisha not only resorted to malpractice in examination but also took a selfie of the misdeed.

According to reports, a +3 first year student of the college took a mobile phone inside the examination hall during internal assessment and searched the answers of various questions on internet using the device. Later, he took a selfie inside the hall and posted it on instant messaging platform WhatsApp.

Principal of the college, Ashok Sarangi has accepted the incident. The student will be questioned regarding the circumstances under which he took the mobile phone inside the examination hall, he said, adding that some students are trying to malign the reputation of the college.
