Odisha to retelecast videos of online EDUSAT classes for Class X students

Bhubaneswar: In view of lockdown situation due to COVID-19 pandemic, Odisha government has decided to retelecast the recorded videos of online EDUSAT classes for Class X students on television.

The recorded videos of online EDUSAT classes available with Odisha Space Applications Centre (ORSAC) will be aired on Doordarshan (DD) Odia channel starting from April 20 till May 12.

As per the schedule, the programme will be telecast twice a day between 11.00 am and 12.00 pm & 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday. The subjects that will be taught includes mathematics, science, social science, English and geography.

In a notification, Odisha School Education Programme Authority directed all the district education officers, district project coordinators and block education officers to intimate all the school headmasters or headmistresses to widely circulate among students to watch the valuable programme during lockdown.

The authorities also asked the students of different classes to view various videos uploaded in DIKSHA App or Madhu App from time to time to enhance their knowledge.
