Odisha waives off royalty on sal leaves

Bhubaneswar: Ahead of elections, Odisha government today made an announcement to waive off royalty on sal leaves.

With waiving off the royalty, around 25 lakh sal leaf pluckers will be benefitted in the State.

Presently, the royalty rate of sal leaves is Rs 86 per quintal.
