Odisha weather: These dists likely to receive rainfall today

Bhubaneswar: Several districts of Odisha are likely to experience rain or thundershower today, the Regional Meteorological Centre forecasted.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Nuapada, Bolangir, Kalahandi, Boudh, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Gajapati, Koraput, Kendrapara Keonjhar and Puri, and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha, the Meteorological Centre said.

Thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Bolangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nayagarh and Ganjam, it added and issued ‘Yellow Warning’ for the districts.
