Odisha weather update: Thunderstorm and lightning likely in 9 districts

Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological department has predicted thunderstorm and lightning for some areas of Odisha today.

As per the latest weather bulletin, parts of Balasore, Jajpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Koraput, Mayurbhanj, Nabarangpur and Rayagada will experience moderate thunderstorm and lightning.

The Met department prediction also indicates moderate rainfall and wind gusting at a speed of 40 kmph.

Such weather conditions will prevail between 3:15 pm and 6:15 pm today.
