Odisha: Yellow anaconda dies at Nandankanan zoo

Bhubaneswar: One yellow Anaconda died at the Nandankanan Zoological Park here this afternoon. Zoo authorities said cause of the death will be ascertained after post mortem tomorrow.

Worth mentioning, the two-year-old anaconda was one of the eight anacondas received by Nandankanan zoo from MCBT Chennai on October 22.

The zoo, which will celebrate its 60th Foundation Day on December 29, houses as many as 158 animal species.
