Odisha’s COVID-19 toll mounts to 1,798 with 4 new deaths

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 toll increased to 1,798 in Odisha with 4 more deaths due to the virus in the last 24 hours.

“Regret to inform the demise of four numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.

The fresh deaths were reported from Bargarh district (1), Khordha district (1), Malkangiri district (1), and Mayurbhanj district (1).

Here’re details of 4 new COVID-19 deaths in Odisha: 

1.A 35-year-old male of Bargarh district.

2. A 73-year-old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension & CVA.

3. A 70-year-old male of Mayurbhanj district who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.

4.A 70-year-old male of Malkangiri district who was also suffering from Diabetes Melitus, Diabetic Nephropathy, Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Airway Disease & Cerebro Vascular Accident.
