Odisha’s Rourkela gets complete Indian Oil RO automation

The steel city of Rourkela in Sundargarh district has become the second city in Odisha and Eastern Region as well as 13th city in India with complete IndianOil Retail Outlet (RO) Automation.

MK Das, executive director (Projects) of Rourkela Steel Plant, (SAIL) inaugurated the IndianOil Retail Outlet (RO) automation ceremony at M/s Dev Raj Garg and Sons in presence of KK Sharma, general manager, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Odisha on Thursday.

Apart from enhancing customer perception on quality and quantity, the RO automation has also ushered in a new era of RO management, facility planning by dealer and online complaint redressal, Sharma said.

The SAIL executive director appreciated the efforts of IndianOil on transparency and assured the gathering including the press about customer delight and various value added services by the IndianOil through this automation initiative.
