OJS row: Odisha PSC withdraws review petition in HC

Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) today withdrew its review petition filed in the High Court against the latter’s verdict asking it to conduct the Odisha Judicial Service (OJS) Preliminary Examinations-2015 afresh.

The High Court had scrapped the OJS Preliminary Examinations-2015 on July 28 this year due to errors in the question sheets.

The court had directed the Commission to hold fresh preliminary examinations within six weeks and the main examinations four weeks after the preliminary examinations.

The court has made it clear in its order that fresh admit cards will not be issued for the examinations.
