One more newborn branded in Odisha’s Nabarangpur!

In yet another shocking incident, a newborn has been branded in Odisha’s Nabarangpur.

As per reports, a 34-day-old girl has been branded with hot iron objects to cure her of ailments.

The parents of the infant hailing from Kenduhuda village under Papdahandi block in the district took her to a disari (local healer) who branded her with hot object.

However, her health condition deteriorated instead of getting any better. The over a month old baby was admitted to district headquarters hospital here in a critical condition.
