One tourist drowns, another goes missing at Jahaniya beach

Astaranga, Jan 10:

In a tragic incident a tourist drowned and another has gone missing in the Bay of Bengal today at the Jahaniya beach in Astaranga in Odisha’s Puri district.

While two others have been rescued by the locals, firemen are conducting searches to rescue the missing tourist, reports said.

The missing tourist is from Buxi Bazar area of Cuttack city, while the two rescued by the locals are students of a private engineering college of Bhubaneswar, reports added.
