Panchayat poll violence: Candidate’s house set on fire in Odisha

Nayagarh, Feb 15:
Unidentified miscreants torched the house of Samiti Member candidate of Simili Sahi Panchayat in Daspalla block of Odisha’s Nayagarh district, Golap Pradhan last night.

Two rooms of the house were gutted in fire, reports said, adding that articles of two neighbouring houses were reduced to ashes in the blaze.
A complaint in this regard has been lodged at the Daspalla police station.
