Pari murder: Minor accused moves Odisha HC challenging chargesheet

Cuttack: Challenging the chargesheet submitted by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Crime Branch, which has been probing the sensational Pari murder case in Nayagarh, the accused, a minor moved the Orissa High Court today.

In his petition, the minor accused mentioned that the SIT submitted the chargesheet against him without adequate evidence.

Manas Chand, Counsel for the minor accused, informed the State government and Pari’s father have been made parties in the petition.

The SIT filed the chargesheet in Pari murder case on February 15, 2021.
