Pilgrim from Odisha among three killed in bus accident in Nashik

A pilgrim from Odisha among three died and more than ten persons were injured in a bus accident at Devpur Ghat in Nashik last evening.

The deceased was identified as Sudhir Behera (21) of Aruha village under Dharmasala block in Jajpur district.
According to reports, the mishap took place at around 8.30 pm yesterday when Behera was on the way to Shirdi from Nashik in the bus along with 40 pilgrims of Dharmasala. A speeding tractor hit the ill-fated bus at Devpur Ghat killing Behera and drivers of both the vehicles on the spot, sources said.
The injured have been admitted to Nashik hospital.
