According to police, the incident had taken place on February 7 on the Orissa High Court premises when the CB official had gone there for some official work.

While she was returning in lift, the two lawyers passed lewd comments at her, police said.

“The Chief Justice of the High Court and Advocate General have been apprised about the incident. The CCTV footage has been examined and no incident of misbehaviour took place. The DGP has been requested for a proper investigation into the incident,” said High Court Bar Association Secretary Umesh Behura.

On the other hand, the statement of the complainant was recorded before a Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) under Section 164 of CrPC today.
