Prasad Sevan house inaugurated at Odisha’s Tarini temple

A new Prasad Sevan house with all modern amenities was inaugurated at the Ghatagaon Tarini temple in Odisha’s Keonjhar district by Rural Development Minister Badri Narayan Patra on the occasion of New Year.

It has been constructed by Essel Mining & Industries Limited or Barbil, Keonjhar at an expense of Rs 50 Lakh and can house 100 devotees at a time. The eatery also houses an ultra modern kitchen.

The company also inaugurated an exhibition cum sales store of Tarini memorabilia by local women’s groups.  This store is situated adjacent to the eatery.

Kkeonjhar collector Bishnu Prasad Sahoo, Superintendent Of Police Kavita Jalan, Deputy Collector Santosh Nayak, DRDA project director Biranchi Narayan Mohanty, Regional head of Essel Mining Prasanna Kumar Panda and Corporate Vice President Ardhendu Mohapatra were present at the event along with officials of the temple management committee.

They guests emphasized the development of temple infrastructure and cleanliness around the temple and local environment in their address.

Essel Mining & Industries Limited is amongst India’s largest iron ore mining companies and the largest producers of Noble Ferro Alloys and is part of the Aditya Birla Group.
