President Pranab Mukherjee will grace the IIT-Bhubaneswar’s second Annual Convocation – 2013 as chief guest on September 7 and will deliver the convocation address, sources said.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhubaneswar held its first annual convocation on August 31, 2012 with Dr. Anil Kakodkar, nuclear scientist and former Chairman of Atomic Energy Commission of India as the chief guest.
