Pvt pre-schools in Odisha allowed to reopen from Feb 14

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government today allowed private pre-schools to reopen from February 14, 2022 for the academic session 2021-22.

It asked the private pre-school management to ensure the Covid appropriate behavior is followed scrupulously at the private pre-schools.

Also, the government directed the teaching, non-teaching and support staff of private pre-schools to be fully vaccinated with two doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

The pre-school management should be impressed upon to take utmost care of the small kids, the government stated.

Schools in the State have already been reopened from February 7, 2022 for students from Class VIII onwards. Colleges and other educational institutions have also resumed physical classes from February 7.

As per the State government decision, physical classes for students of KG up to Class VII will begin from February 14, 2022.
