Radio Choklate reaches out to people with studio shift concept

Bhubaneswar: For the very time in the state, Odisha’s numero uno private FM station Radio Choklate 104 FM has gone local live today!

A Choklate studio has been set up at a local convinience retail outlet in Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar. Customers flocking to the store are getting a taste of being studio guests of Radio Choklate, outside the walls of its headquarters. This makeshift studio operates just like a regular studio with sound equipment and radio jockeys.

“People are always curious as to how a radio station actually functions. So, we decided to shift out our studio for a three-hour live show today. We are bringing radio closer to people and therefore, we decided for the studio shift,” said RJ Sangram, the programming head of Radio Choklate 104 FM.

Studio shift concept (which involves broadcasting a particular show outside the radio station) has been introduced in Odisha for the first time by Radio Choklate, that has been ruling airwaves in Odisha for the last 10 years and has become a household name in the state.

The show anchored by RJs Anil, Komal and Nivy from 4 pm to 7 pm today, was broadcast from this innovative studio with local ambience, amidst fun, frolic, games and music.
