Semiliguda, Mar 31:
Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi arrived in Semiliguda in Koraput district this afternoon on a day-long visit to Odisha.
He will be addressing an election rally at Lunguri and then leave for another election rally at Umerkote in the neighbouring Nabrangpur district.
