Bhubaneswar: Several districts of Odisha are likely to experience rainfall today ahead of the formation of a low pressure area over northwest and adjoining west-central Bay of Bengal off Odisha coast, the Regional Meteorological Centre forecasted.
Heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Puri, Kendrapara and Dhenkanal, the Meteorological Centre predicted and issued Orange Warning for the districts.
1- Water logging in low lying areas.
2- Possible damage to kutcha house and informal road.
3-Traffic disruption and water logging in low lying areas, underpass road of urban areas.
Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Ganjam, Angul, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Boudh and Khordha, the Meteorological Centre said and issued Yellow Warning for the districts.
