More rains in Odisha in next 24 hours

Bhubaneswar, July 3:

The Bhubaneswar Met Centre has predicted rain and thundershower at many places and heavy rainfall at one or two places in Odisha in the next 24 hours.

The rains may be accompanied by wind speed reaching 25 to 30 kmph- with gusting to 40 kmph- along and off the Odisha Coast, the Met Centre said in its afternoon relase today.

The release said yesterday’s low pressure area over Gangetic West Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh is now situated over Gangetic West Bengal and neighbourhood.

The fishermen have been advised to be cautious while venturing into sea.
