Repair of Odisha’s Srimandir before Nabakelabara

Puri, June 12:

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) today said the repair work of Sri Jagannath temple in Odisha’s Puri city would be completed before the ensuing Nabakalebara festival scheduled in July next year.

Briefing newsmen here, ASI regional director Seemadri Bihari Hota said all repair and conservation work of the temple would be completed by March next year.

He also informed that the conservation work of the Jagamohan Kalasa atop the temple has already been completed.
