Repolling underway amid tight security

Repolling in nine booths began this morning in Odisha amid tight security arrangements.

Repolling is underway in six booths at Niali in Cuttack district, one each at Telkoi and Ghasipura blocks and the other at Aul in Kendrapara district where polling was disrupted due to violence and rigging during the second phase polls on April 17.

No untoward incident has been reported, so far, in any of the nine booths.

The repolling would continue till 5 PM
