Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s spice and food processing company Om Oil & Flour Mills Ltd (RUCHI) was awarded the stall of the year in the MSME International trade Fair 2021 at Exhibition Ground here.
The Governor of Odisha Prof. Ganeshi Lal presented the award to the OFML at the closing ceremony of the trade fair on Tuesday.
RUCHI received the ‘Stall of the Year’ award for its proper documentation, stall beautification, presentation and hospitality during the trade fair that continued from March 5 to March 9 in the state Capital.
On March 5, the Ruchi-Frozit stall was inaugurated by Arbind Sahoo and Rashmi Sahoo, the Directors of RUCHI. The stall apparently attracted a large number of visitors including students, young entrepreneurs and foreign delegates and received immense appreciation for its organic products. Some foreign visitors also expressed interest in future tie-ups with the firm. Somdutta Behura, an NRO from the United Nation, visited the stall on March 8 and impressed with the products displayed at the stall, he announced to do a food processing venture with RUCHI.
Later, Dr. Sarat Kumar Sahoo, MD, Ruchi felicitated the delegates at the RUCHI stall. Manas Ranjan Behera, Business development Officer of RUCHI managed the stall along with other executives- Devbrata Pattnaik, Chief Marketing Manager, Dr.Nihar Ranjan Sahoo, information Officer, Mr.Suvendu Mohanty, IT head.
Event Management Company White Canvas had conceptualized and managed the RUCHI stall at the exhibition.
