Security concerns: D-brothers to be kept in separate jails in Odisha

The Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court here today allowed the Odisha police to shift gangster Dhalasamanta brothers (D-brothers)-Sushant and Sushil Dhalasamanta from Choudwar Circle Jail to other jails in the state.

The court allowed the Twin City Commissionerate Police to keep the D-brothers in separate prisons in the state-Sushant Dhalasamanta in Jharpada Special Jail and Sushil Dhalasamanta in Balasore District Jail.

The Twin City Commissionerate Police had filed a petition in the SDJM court on March 1 seeking transfer of the duo from Choudwar Circle Jail to elsewhere for inadequate security arrangements.
