Shilpa Shetty starts November with these yoga positions [Watch]

Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: It seems Shilpa Shetty wants to end the year 2021 with a healthy note. Shetty started the week and the month of November by doing different yogas on a mat amidst green surrounding at her garden.

In a video shared by the actress, she can be seen performing Viparita Shalabasana, Ardha Shalabasana, Dhanurasana, and Balasana to start Monday.

She wrote, “It’s the first day of the second last month of the year! When I realised this, I decided to start the day, week, and month with yoga.”

Shetty recommended the four yoga asanas to strengthen the back and spine. Also, it helps shape up thighs and glutes.

Describing the benefits of the yoga asanas, the actress captioned, “The flow I chose comprises of Viparita Shalabasana, Ardha Shalabasana, Dhanurasana, and Balasana. It’s one of the best ways to stretch and strengthen the back and spine. While this routine helps strengthen the neck & shoulder, it also helps improve digestion and helps tone the thighs & glutes (buttocks). The body feels completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the day ahead. Must try this one out and recommend it to friends who want “buns of steel“. Happy November!”
