Sofia Firdous elected as new president of Credai Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Sofia Firdous, MD of M/s Metro Garden Estate Pvt Ltd was elected as president of Credai Bhubaneswar for the term 2023-25 during its Odisha EGM held on August 2 in Mayfair Convention.

The other office bearers include vice-presidents Soumyajeet Mohanty, MD of M/s Sonsy Engineers & Construction Pvt Ltd and Bobbili Satyanarayana, MD of M/s Sriyam Buildtech Pvt Ltd, secretary Jagat Kumar Kar, MD of M/s Dharma Infraprojects Pvt Ltd, joint secretaries Jyoti Ranjan Behuria, MD of M/s JB Assets Pvt Ltd and Manmohan Agarwalla, Director of M/s Suravi Builders Pvt Ltd,  treasurer Ashok Kumar Patro, Director of M/s Surnag Builders Pvt Ltd managing committee members Ronak Dugar, Director of M/s Dugar Reality & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Rajendra Kumar Patro, Director of M/s Ssharp Nirman Pvt Ltd, Sheikh Mairajul Haque, Director of M/s My Space Homes Pvt Ltd and Kamal Lochan Patra, MD of M/s KPL Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

Further, Sangram Keshari Sahoo, MD of M/s GS Infraprojects Pvt Ltd was nominated as chairman of the team by the newly formed committee.

During the EGM of Credai Odisha State Federation, more than 100 Developers participated from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Berhampur, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Rourkela, and Bhadrak and discussed New Apartment (Ownership & Management) Ordinance, 2023 along with other various issues of the Real Estate sector and decided to meet with various government departments to submit a proper representation to resolve the issues to boost the Real Estate sector in the State.
