SOG jawans injured after coming in contact with live wire in Odisha

Two Special Operation Group (SOG) jawans were seriously injured after coming in contact with a live wire during a combing operation in Bhalukona forest area in Nuapada district in Odisha.

As per reports, the jawans accidentally touched an electric fencing which was charged to prevent wild animals into crop field. The security personnel came in contact with the live wire during a combing operation in the Bhalukonda jungle.

Soon after the incident, they were rushed to a nearby hospital. Later, the jawans have been shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack in a serious condition.
