‘Smrutire 13’, a sports magazine, was inaugurated at the Tennis Complex in Kalinga Stadium here on Saturday.
Senior IAS officer Suresh Mohapatra, secretary of the Sports and Youth Affairs department Sashwat Mishra and international athlete Anuradha Biswal inaugurated the magazine, which has Sachin Tendulkar on the cover, at a simple ceremony attended by Tanmay Das, secretary of the Good Samaritan Trust and Trustee Nanda Kishore Patnaik.
The 48-page, coloured magazine, containing profiles and features on sportspersons who brought laurels for the state in 2013, has been brought out by leading sports based portal ‘sportslogon.com’ launched by the Trust, its secretary Das told OST.
The guests on the occasion hoped that “Smrutire 13’ will appeal to sportspersons, sports lovers and critics.
