Stray dogs feed on woman's body at dump yard in Odisha's Khordha

Khordha: In a horrifying incident, stray dogs were seen feeding on the body of an unidentified woman at a garbage dump yard in Odisha's Khordha district here today. In the grisly visuals that have gone viral, the stray dogs were seen eating the human remains in broad daylight at the waste site in Banapur block of the district.

As per reports, locals saw the body of a woman at the dump yard at Galua Chowk near Banapur Tehsil road and informed the police on Thursday morning. While cause of her death is still not ascertained, eye witnesses said they saw stray dogs  biting chunks of flesh from the corpse.

After reaching the spot, police started an investigation and shared that it is still unclear how the woman died. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
