Bhubaneswar, Feb 2: Host Odisha bagged four gold medals in the 18^th National Kick Boxing Championship for Sub Junior (Boys & Girls) which was concluded at Saheed Nagar Indoor Hall here on Sunday.

Anupam Mishra bagged two gold medals in semi-contact and musical form while Kumari Pallavi Samal and Amrit Das won one gold medal each in musical fro (weapon) and musical form respectively.

Besides, the state team also won four silver and eight bronze medals in the sub-junior Category said

In the gold medal tally, Assam and Haryana came on top with six gold medals each.

The winners were felicitated by the president of Indian Association of Kickboxing Organisation (IAKO) SS Harichandan in presence of GN Patnaik, president of Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar and Shivananda Ray, president of All Odisha Kickboxing Association (AOKA).

The junior and senior medal winners and team champion trophies will be awarded on the closing ceremony on Monday.
