Super specialty hospital status to IGH: Central team visits Rourkela
Rourkela: A 7-member Central team today arrived in Rourkela to review the infrastructure of Ispat General Hospital (IGH) here to grant it super specialty hospital status.
The team will submit a report in this regard to the Union Health Ministry.

Worth mentioning, BJP’s Rourkela MLA Dilip Ray had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Sansad Bhawan in New Delhi in March this year and handed over a letter mentioning about delay in infrastructure work for according the super specialty hospital status to IGH.
The PM had announced about the super specialty hospital status to IGH during his visit to the steel city.
