Teacher couple attempts suicide: Woman dies, husband critical in Odisha’s Ganjam
Berhampur: In a shocking incident, a woman died while condition of her husband turned critical after a suicide bid by them at Dengadi under Patapur police limits in Odisha’s Ganjam district, today.
The deceased was identified as Shailendri Mohanty. Her husband Jayasen Mohanty has been admitted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital here for treatment.

His condition was stated to be critical. Both of them are teacher by profession.
They had tied the nuptial knot two years ago.
The reason behind the extreme step by the duo was yet to be known.
