Three cubs born in Odisha’s Nandankanan Zoo

Bhubaneswar: The Nandankanan Zoological Park in Odisha capital welcomed three new guests as tigress ‘Megha’ gave birth to three cubs, last night.

With the birth of the cubs, who are born to tiger ‘Nandan’ and tigress ‘Megha’,  the number of big cats in the zoo rose to 30.

The newborns were being observed by the zoo authorities through CCTV camera. Condition of the tigress and the cubs was stable, the zoo officials said.

Earlier on March 28, tigress ‘Bijaya’ had delivered three cubs in Nandankanan.
