Thunderstorm likely in 5 more Odisha districts today

Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre has issued thunderstorm warning for five more districts of Odisha today.

Parts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj are likely to experience moderate thunderstorm and lightning.

As per the latest weather bulletin, light to moderate rainfall and gusty wind at 40 kmph may also occur in these areas.

Such weather conditions will prevail between 4:45 pm and 7:45 pm this evening, according to the prediction of weathermen.

Similarly, thunderstorm alert was issued for Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh and Nuapada earlier today.
