Tie Rakhi, gift a helmet: Odisha sand artist’s message

Puri: Internationally acclaimed sand artist from Odisha, Sudarsan Pattnaik has come up with an unique message on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

The ace sand sculptor through his sand art on Puri sea beach has appealed for gifting a helmet to brothers besides tying Rakhi to ensure their safety.
