Tigress gives birth to three cubs at Nandankanan zoo in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Aug 5:

In a good news for animal lovers in Odisha, white tigress Sneha gave birth to three cubs at Nandankanan Zoological Park here this morning, informed Sisir Kumar Acharya, director of the zoo.

While the tigress gave birth to one of the cubs at 6.56 am, other two were born at 8.48 am and 10.06 am, sources said.

With the birth of these cubs, the number of tigers at the zoo increased to 24, sources added.

Notably, Sneha was earlier blessed with four cubs after mating with a male Royal Bengal Tiger in 2014.
