Two Pak nationals detained in Paradip sea for using banned satellite phone

Paradip, May 4:

Indian Coast Guard detained two Pakistan nationals for allegedly using banned satellite phone at sea in Paradip.

Police have seized the black box of the ship and launched probe into alleged illegal activities of two Pakistanis in Indian coast. Further course of action will be taken after investigation.

According to reports, the accused were using banned Iridium satellite phone on the Al Yasat ship in Paradip sea. As the WiFi of black box in the ship was switched on, the Defence officials received a message while the Pakistanis were using the satellite phone. Acting on a tip-off, the Indian Coast Guard verified the purpose behind use of banned satellite phone on the ship and detained them.
