Vegetable seller dies as electric wire snaps in Odisha’s Puri

A vegetable seller died today after an electric wire snapped on him in Satyabadi area of Puri district in Odisha.

The deceased was identified as Hadibandhu Swain of Bagalpur village under Balanga police limits.

According to reports, the incident occurred at Tandula Sahi near Paragani village under Satyabadi police station when an electric wire snapped on Swain while he was on his way to Puri to sell vegetables. He died on the spot.
