Victoria Beckham to make ‘affordable’ clothes

London, Sep 27: Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham will make an affordable fashion collection.

The 41-year-old can charge up to 3,650 pounds for a handbag but has decided to make a “gorgeous” range that’s accessible to women who can’t splash out on her high end pieces, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

“I’d like to create gorgeous clothes for women who can’t afford to pay designer prices,” Beckham said.

Fashion brands Versace and Balmain have collaborated with high street store H&M and Beckham says she feels compelled to follow suit and provide a cheaper version of her clothes.

“I want to make women feel sexy, whatever their budget is,” she added. (IANS)
